No appointments, paperwork, taxes, social security information, etc. are needed. Plus, funding is available for all eligible customers, so there’s no reason to wait to sign up.

More people than ever before qualify – nearly 1 in 3 Washington Avista customers, in fact. Eligibility guidelines include higher household incomes than other programs, too. For example, in Stevens County, a household of four making up to $66,800 a year is eligible.
